The Sales Manager position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay ($45,000 - $50,000 Salary w/bonus and commission) as well as future growth potential. We also provide affordable benefits with a 401k, paid holidays and we're closed on Sundays.

Sales Manager Position Summary

Our Sales managers are highly motivated, goal-driven, and people-oriented. In this role, you’ll be selling quality products, training, motivating, and processing orders.

A Sales Manager will be expected to fulfill sales goals while continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Achieving daily/monthly sales goals
• Completing and reviewing all sales orders
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to motivate/ train sales team

Other Requirements:

• Valid state driver's license
• Tire and Wheel knowledge
• Flexible work schedule
• Stand for long periods of time
• Lifting and exerting up to 40 lbs
• Bi-lingual is a plus
